Embroidered caps with a front-panel stitch
A cap logo is a front-panel stitch, not a flat graphic. On these hats that is usually 4,000–8,000 stitches and up to about 2.5 inches tall — enough for a mark that reads across a counter, not a photograph of the artwork.
Choose a structured crown when the stitch should sit crisp, or an unstructured cap or beanie when the hat itself is softer. Upload the file on the product page. The first standard logo is digitized at no charge.
Orders leave from Spartanburg. Pickup is free if you are local, and U.S. shipping is calculated at checkout. Tell us the event date when the week is tight.
Common questions
Is there a minimum on embroidered hats?
Caps, truckers, and beanies in this category start at one hat. There is no shop-wide bulk minimum. The product page repeats that minimum before you add the hat to the cart.
How long do embroidered caps take?
Most small hat orders ship within a week. A new front logo needs digitizing first — usually a few business days — then stitching. Rush under five business days is 25% of the order total if you give us the event date.
What size logo fits on these hats, and what file do you need?
A front stitch on these caps is usually 4,000–8,000 stitches and up to about 2.5 inches tall. Upload the art on the product page. Structured caps keep that logo crisp; unstructured and knit styles are the softer option. The first standard logo is digitized at no charge. Later logos are $25 once per logo, the same Services-page fee.
Do embroidered hats ship nationwide?
Yes. Hat orders ship anywhere in the United States. Spartanburg pickup is free. U.S. shipping is calculated at checkout from the number of hats in the order.
Should a hat logo be stitched or printed?
Stitch the front when you want raised thread on a cap or trucker. Print it when the art is too colorful or too fine for a hoop. Printed hats are a separate catalog, not a toggle that changes the price on this page.
