Email help@nattysstitches.com or call 864-745-2323 within 30 days of receiving your order. Natty's Stitches is in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Tell us the order number and whether you want a return or an exchange. We accept the return for a defective product or a non-defective product, as long as it is in new condition.

The return method is by mail. Mail the item back. We do not provide a prepaid return label. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and the customer pays return shipping.

There is no restocking fee. After the return reaches the shop, the refund processing time is 10 days.
