No minimum to start
Custom embroidery with no shop-wide minimum
Natty's Stitches will embroider one piece. Most items have a single-piece minimum. There is no shop-wide bulk minimum, and you do not open a business account before we look at a logo. A single hat, a gift, or three polos for a new crew are real orders.
A few apparel styles start higher than one. The product page shows that minimum before you add the item to the cart. Volume pricing starts at 24 pieces when you need it. You do not have to reach 24 to get the work done. Published specs for digitizing and rush live on the Pricing page.
What you can order one of
A logo polo. A cap. A monogrammed gift. A jacket for the person who actually needs one. Bridal-party pieces and names on gifts. Customer-supplied garments, after we check that the fabric will hold the stitch. If the order mixes several styles or needs a placement that is not on the product page, send a quote and we will price that job before we hoop it.
What no minimum does and does not mean
It means we do not require a contract, a trade account, or a set piece count before we start. It does not mean every style in the catalog is one piece — read the minimum on that product. Your first standard logo, under 11,000 stitches and one location, includes digitizing. Anything past that we quote up front. Rush under five business days is 25% of the order total.
The same rule across the Upstate
Individuals, families, churches, startups, and shops that are not buying a case of shirts all use this rule. Greenville, Greer, Boiling Springs, and Spartanburg are the same shop. Pickup is free in Spartanburg. U.S. shipping is calculated at checkout. School groups that want spirit wear use the school catalog, which has its own bulk savings on each style and still does not require a business account.
